Father Purcell Memorial Exceptional Childrens Center is seeking candidates for a Human Resources Manager. As a member of the leadership team, this position reports to the Executive Director and will manage the Human Resources function for the Centers 100 employees. We seek a candidate to provide expertise, guidance and training in the areas of recruitment, employee relations, payroll, benefits, affirmative action planning, and employee development.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources or a related field, 3-5 years of Human Resources Management experience, PHR/SPHR certification preferred, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
