We will provide the equipment (computer, monitor, headset) and training.
You must have a strong internet connection and a quiet place to work.

Job Description:
A Billing Customer Service Representative serves as the liaison between the Billing Department and patients and the medical office staff.
This person provides a high level quality service, resolving billing and insurance issues, answering questions on charges and taking payments.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide a high level of customer service to patients on billing and insurance issues over phone and email Answer questions for the Front Desk staff on balances, billing and insurance issues Explain charges and claims accurately Enter and verify insurance information Resolve billing and insurance issues Collect and apply payments Correspond to emails relating to patient billing matters Check insurance eligibility Remain HIPAA compliant with all communication QUALIFICATIONS A strong internet connection for the ability to work remotely, uninterrupted Exceptional customer service skills Experience with EMR, Microsoft Word, Excel and Microsoft Office preferred Knowledge of medical billing terminology and insurance Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and time management skills .
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
