Maintain job posting in all locations.
Indeed, website, social media Employee Orientation on onboarding both in person and utilizing the HR Payroll system to properly get each employee into the system Audits of Personnel Files Attending and promoting Recovering Hope at Job Fairs and colleges Maintain all forms up to date and representing our brand Enrollment to insurances, 401K Workers comp claims and OSHA tracking Developing and personalizing HR/ Payroll system to streamlines processes Be a part of creating, expanding, streamlining the process from recruiting through to employee retention.
