Responsibilities What You'll Do Reports to the project RPM Manager.
Assists with executing the Quality Control Program.
Monitors and analyzes the performance of functional and departmental areas.
Identifies non-conformances and deficiencies within functions and departments, assists with determining root causes, and evaluates the effectiveness of corrective actions taken.
Assists with executing Customer Satisfaction and Performance-Based Metrics Programs.
Assists with managing the intranet SharePoint document control site.
Key
Responsibilities:
Perform audits, surveillance inspections, and performance metric validations.
Completes audit, surveillance, and metric reports.
Analyze data to identify areas of improvement in the current processes.
Develop, recommend, and monitor corrective and preventative actions along with area supervisors and managers.
Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
Serve as liaison to government quality representatives to ensure the program quality system complements and complies with Government, regulatory and corporate requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned in accordance with contractual, functional, and mission requirements.
Qualifications Qualifications Minimum
Qualifications:
High School/GED, 3
years, Performs complex tasks.
Experience:
(3 )years' of experience in Logistics, Communications, Civil Engineering, Finance, or Force Support Field Other Requirements:
Must have a valid driver's license.
Skills:
Excellent oral and written communication skills are required, as those skills are necessary for presenting findings, recommendations, and reports to internal and external functions, departments, and customers.
Interpersonal skills are crucial for all aspects to include auditing and negotiation.
Attention to detail.
Problem-solving and analytical skills are required for the identification of opportunities for process improvement and analysis of corrective actions.
Proficiency with MS Office software tool suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) must be demonstrated during the interview process.
Knowledge is of the Access database program is desirable.
