Recruiters (College of Business & College of Education)
Faulkner University is seeking a qualified individual to serve as Recruiter for the College of Business. The selected individual will take a leading role in recruiting activities, both on and off campus, designed to increase the enrollment of business majors, both at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Faulkner University is a Christian university affiliated with the churches of Christ. These positions are full-time (40
hours per week). Summary of Duties:
Facilitate recruiting and promotional events for the college Visit advisors and associations at high schools, colleges and universities Represent the college at school fairs, conferences, career days, and business and corporate events Initiate correspondence with prospective students through personal visits, letters, phone calls and emails Assist in the development of promotional materials and communications Develop an annual plan for recruiting efforts for the college Follow up on all applications received Arrange speaking engagements for college faculty Provide counsel on degree offerings, scholarships and career opportunities associated with degrees within the college Develop and maintain strong relationships with alumni and community contacts Travel is necessary for recruiting and public relations
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred Minimum of one year related experience preferred Active member of the church of Christ For initial application submit:
