For the dedicated Lean practitioner, the company offers a wide variety of opportunities to apply and hone Lean skills in a challenging and rewarding work environment. Significant work has been done in IT, Finance, R&D, Supply Chain, HR, etc.
This is an organization of teachers, coaches and mentors. The Lean organization is comprised of a small group of Lean zealots who are leading through hands-on participation, utilizing Lean principles to change culture and improve processes. The company strategy is to utilize a small core team of Lean professionals to teach, train and coach across the enterprise to embed Lean practices in all aspects of the business, while emphasizing local ownership and accountability.
Opportunity for near-term career growth exists due to new acquisitions and the rapid, continuous movement and promotion across the ranks at all levels within the Lean team.
