Phone Sales Job: $250,000 Per Year Income (Work From Home)
Our company, Oakland Direct Financial, is in need of sales associated
to partner with us in bringing in new business.
All the leads that we are working with are either calling our offices
or are going to one of our online properties and requesting a call back
from one of our reps.
You are not required to come into our office, but can work from
your home.
We simply ask that you have a quiet place to work, printer/scanner, high
speed internet and a USB headset.
You can set your own hours, you can work part time or full time, we only request that
you commit to the schedule that you give us. These leads are very expensive to generate
so if you are going to be late to work, or miss work all together, that will not be tolerated
as YOU were the one that has given us the schedule. We need responsible people.
What This Position Entails:
We are looking for skilled sales closers to answer our incoming calls
and make outbound calls to the hundreds of leads that request more
information regarding our service. These are business owners who are desperate
for our service; restaurant owners, construction companies, trucking companies and many
other industries. They all need us and are waiting on more information. There is zero cold calling.
Duties &
Responsibilities:
As a sales associate you will receive inbound calls every day, several times per hour,
from business owners looking to receive an infusion of capital for their business.
Our very unique hedge fund structure allows us to offer a one of a kind, no credit check, cash advance to businesses. Most of our business clients are in need of a $25,000 loan.
You will simple explain our program to these business owners and fill out their loan application to get the process started.
Compensation:
As a sales associate you make 10% commission on the total amount of the loan funded. Some reps average about 5 applications per day, and we have a 65% approval rate.
Most of the loans that we fund are $25,000. A Commission on that amount comes out to $2,500.
How many deals per week, at a $2,500 commission, do you need to close to live comfortably?
You get paid via direct deposit 1 week after the loan gets funded.
Position Requirements:
Ability to stay focused and eliminate distractions from home
Desire to make 6 figure income.
