Route Sales Representative-DSD
CTM Enterprises, Inc. a national consumer product company of high quality branded air filters is seeking a highly motivated Direct Store Delivery (DSD) Route Sales Representative to sell, invoice, service, deliver and stock grocery, drug, and mass merchandise stores. Areas of responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Growing annual sales year over year
Selling incremental displays
Adhering to company designed Plan-O-Gram
Effective use of company point of sales material
Execution of all scheduled promotional events
Developing a strong rapport with customers and key decision makers within all accounts
Foster and maintain an environment where safety and customer service are top priorities
Must be able to successfully pass a DOT physical
Previous experience is direct store delivery route sales is preferred, but not required.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
