General Summary
Provide administrative, analytical support and project related assistance to the Director of Client Services. Responsible for handling a variety of customer and operational transactions requiring a high degree of flexibility and time management skills. Provide assistance to the territory Client Services Representatives (CSR) as they support GovDeals clients as they utilize our nation-wide internet based government online auction service. Selected candidate will be transitioned to managerial role for the Client Services Help Desk.
Responsibilities
Assist the Director of Client Services by conducting audits on the Territory CSRs, reviewing expense reports for compliance with GovDeals policy, and with developing activity reports and budgets. Work with the GovDeals Proposal Writer on RFP requirements and reporting. Support the territory Client Services Representatives (CSR) by providing assistance as needed. Serve as a liaison between the Client Services Department and other GovDeals departments. Responsible for resolving client calls escalated by the Client Services Help Desk. Work with the GovDeals Liquidity One Transformation Team on developing requirements, testing, and quality assurance of the new software. Train and transition to the Client Services Help Desk Manager.o Manages the day to day work assignments of a team of Help Desk Representatives located in the Montgomery, AL office.o Manage the Client Services Help Desk team and monitor the help desk to ensure the team is providing the highest level of support and service to clients.

Qualifications
2 years' customer service experience preferably in a Client Service Representative Role. 2 years' management experience in a role with direct reports. Must be able to utilize metrics for performance criteria. Excellent written/verbal communication skills. Must have strong time management, organizational and interpersonal skills. Must have better than average understanding of the Microsoft Office tools:
Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to prioritize workload and managing multiple tasks. Must have valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study. Experience working with government agencies. Experience with managing and supporting a remote work group. Familiar with use of CRM tools.
Ability:
Ability to prioritize workload while managing multiple tasks at once. Strong interpersonal skills. Advanced written and verbal communication skills. Strong service oriented individual with ability to lead a small team.

Travel:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
