SUMMARY The Systems Engineer works in support of the Air Force Civil Engineering (AFCE) Program Management Office (PMO). This position supports the use of an Agile methodology:
a time boxed, iterative approach to software delivery that builds software incrementally from the start of the project, and may include the fulfillment of a ScrumMaster. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Responsible for the integration of CNI Core Competencies into daily functions, including:

Reviews and updates Logical and Physical Architectures. Reviews and updates to System Architecture CONOPS. Reviews and provides feedback on program technical documentation including delivered CDRLs from support contractors. Reviews and updates program System Engineering Plans and Tailoring Worksheets per BPD guidance. Validates that development, test and production environments are in accordance with agreed upon parameters by the Government Lead Engineer or Program Manager. Creates detailed network diagrams and flow charts using Microsoft Office tools. Supports validation and updates of Management Internal Control Toolset (MICT). Supports validation and updates of Operation Baseline Database (BOBD). Supports technical troubleshooting with support vendors and service providers (e.g. DISA or AWS). Ensures root cause analysis is captured post incident. Establishes and maintains desktop test environment within the Capability Integration Environment (CIE). Submits required documentation to establish a list of record numbers for all software when required. Provides certification progress updates as required to ensure the status of the record number remains current. Monitors/tracks status of applicable record numbers and takes action as required to keep products moving towards certification. Maintains current status of all certification activities related to COTS software and ensures status is available via dashboard, spreadsheet, or another approved format. Tests the installation and execution of COTS software in a virtual environment using AFNIC provided/recommended processes and test tools (i.e. MKRunTest, WireShark packet capture, packet analysis tools). Utilizes appropriate resources to include, but not limited to, analysis tools, vendor websites, forums, and websites to analyze test results to determine potential vulnerabilities and document vendor's use of Open Source Software (by vendor, product, and version). Collaborates with vendors and directors as required to validate/mitigate actual vulnerabilities, test patches, re-test products after implementing mitigation actions and documenting results as required to ensure products are added to the products list. Monitors certified COTS software (to include imbedded Open Source Software) for newly-identified vulnerabilities and work with vendors to develop, tes, and implement patches or other mitigation actions. Assists the license manager or other designated personnel to ensure COTS software is available to users for download via the established distribution process. Responsible for aiding in own self-development by being available and receptive to all training made available by the company. Plans daily activities within the guidelines of company policy, job description and supervisor's instruction in such a way as to maximize personal output. Responsible for keeping own immediate work area in a neat and orderly condition to ensure safety of self and coworkers. Will report any unsafe conditions and/or practices to the appropriate supervisor and human resources. Will immediately correct any unsafe conditions to the best of own ability. Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
