Recruitment support for major managers and above level of the current 4 subsidiaries (US 3, Mexico 1) and more for the future in the US.
Role and Responsibilities Attracts, evaluates, and refers candidates for open positions through recruiting website, employee referrals, on-site recruiting, search firms, campus recruiting and other sourcing methods Identify recruiting sources and develop new methods to attract talent Work with hiring manager to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria Build relationship with targeted University labs and their career services office by developing partnership programs Develops job advertisements and screens resumes/applications Contacts candidates to ascertain fit, and schedules interviews Extends offers and negotiates compensation Initiates onboarding plan for new hires Ensures assigned positions are filled efficiently and effectively.
Facilitate orientation for new employees Recruitment Support for major managers and above level of subsidiaries in the US and Mexico Analyze current recruitment process to identify issues and share finding with HR leaders in the Americas Quarterly regular meetings with HR leaders of each subsidiary (On/Off-line) Analysis/review of US labor laws and major HR trends for the recruitment This position will be under Hanwha Azdel, but will also over other Hanwha subsidiaries in term of Recruiting Other duties and projects as assigned Qualifications and Education Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher, related majors, 3-5 years of related experiences Experience or understanding of recruitment process for manufacturing-based companies Experience working with variable search firm and headhunter Bi lingual is preferred (English & Korean).
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
