Position
Summary:
The primary role of the Enterprise Delivery Manager is to prioritize customer success and coordinate technical resources to meet objectives and deadlines within the Agile framework.
The Enterprise Delivery Manager will contribute to the development of high-performance teams through rigorous goal-setting, continuous process improvement, and mentorship.
The Enterprise Delivery Manager will manage, coordinate, and deploy teams' skillsets to ensure accurate and timely delivery of requirements while driving quality.
Responsibilities:
Direct/Manage/Supervise the delivery of enterprise projects/programs using Agile methodology.
Develop and implement enterprise delivery plans, policies, and procedures.
Oversee project teams, drive resources, budgets, and schedules, and evaluate team results to determine if organizational objectives are being met.
Manage the risk, issue, and change resolution process and work with other leaders to take corrective action as necessary.
Collaborate with the Manager Product Ownership to define project priorities, implementation opportunities, and challenges.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in computer sciences, software engineering, technology management, business management, or similar.
Experience Required:
6
years of relevant experience.
