Fleet Washing Team Lead - Montgomery, AL $17-$19/hr
Montgomery, AL Montgomery, AL Full-time Full-time $17 - $19 an hour $17 - $19 an hour Superior Wash Southeast is a multi-state fleet washing service that works with companies such as FedEx, Coca Cola and the United States Postal Service.
We are expanding our offices in Alabama and are looking for a Team Lead to help jump start our new local office in Montgomery with quick advancement to a management role.
Ideal candidates will have experience in supervising a team, scheduling and communicating with clients.
Previous Military experience is a plus.
Detailing or pressure washer experience is not necessary.
This is a hands on leadership position that will be a part of the wash team daily, this position will work 50 hours per week on average.
Work days are Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
Days off are Wednesdays and Thursdays.
This schedule does include three overnight shifts on the weekdays.
Candidates must have a valid driver license and be able to work weekends.
Starting pay $18-$19 per hour, pay is weekly.
Growth is expected quickly with this role.
Some travel during the first month is expected for training.
