The Technical Support technician will be responsible for providing solutions to mechanical problems with commercial cooking equipment, identifying risks associated with commercial cooking equipment, and answering customer questions.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth mechanical knowledge in the electrical field.
The ideal candidate will also have a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and desire to help people.
Commercial kitchen service repair experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Must have electrical experience Must have good telephone skills.
Provide remote support to customers and resolve customer issues.
Provide technical training to distributors and their service representatives.
Support customer service group by entering and tracking customer orders.
Design all equipment manuals and specification sheets as well as updating each as required Process Company field technician calls, log calls and dispatch technicians; provide customer call-back services/assures documentation is properly completed, entered into the computer system, and filed.
