Responsibilities:
oRegular and punctual attendance required oPerform various clerical, secretarial and office support for an administrator oType a variety of routine and complex documents, reports, forms and correspondence oUse various school software systems to maintain school accountability oAssist with various administrative and student related activities such as registration, calling absentees, preparing reports, contacting parents, checking students in/out, and any other related tasks oOperate various types of office equipment such as copiers, fax, scanners, etc.
oLearn and maintain knowledge of policies, routine record keeping and required reports oMaintain confidentiality of sensitive data and information pertaining to individual students and/or overall program PARENT LIAISON DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
oRegular and punctual attendance required oMonitor attendance and tardiness; coordinate with parents to ensure students attend school oCoordinate the Parent Involvement Program; provide understanding of school goals oEstablish and maintain a Parent Center oCoordinate with outside organizations for planning monthly Parental Education Programs oPerform home visits daily or as needed oRecruit parent volunteers Start Date 23-24 SY Duty Days 187 Reports To PRINCIPAL Salary Range:
