We're building our team to work in our Internet Sales Department! $10K SIGN ON BONUS Job Responsibilities Automotive Internet Sales Director Manages a team of Internet Automotive Sales Representatives Automotive Internet Sales Director have the ability to handle a team of Internet Sales Consultants to work start-to-finish sales process on a significant load of high-quality, paid and organic internet leads Automotive Internet Sales Directors maintain superior customer satisfaction Control Internet Flow - Monitor Conversations - Work with the BDC to improve engagement and internet lead conversions Hire, train, and cultivate a motivated Internet Team Commit to becoming an expert and gain in-depth knowledge of our vehicles and technology Support online customers through our eSales office Responsible for maintaining dealership online presence, including inventory, videos, and social media/website upkeep Job RequirementsAutomotive Internet Sales Director candidate must have proven experience in sales management, have strong Internet skills, leadership skills and a strong desire to succeed.
Must have strong technical and Internet skills Previous experience as an automotive Internet Sales Manager is required Exceptional leadership skills are a must Computer and Microsoft Office expertise is needed Must have a valid U.
