Supervising and coordinating the daily duties of hourly associates Interview, hire & train new associates Plan, assign & direct work Address complaints & resolve problems through adherence to company policies Review records for accuracy of information & compliance with protocols Effective use of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System and PLMS (Production Line Monitoring System).
Strong collaboration with other production support teams PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR REQUIRED
Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or 3-5 years related experience &/or training:
or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred if they have blow mold or injection mold experience but not necessary Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills Strong leadership, and critical thinking skills Proven ability to coach and manage the needs and concerns of multiple associates Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure Regular prompt attendance & flexible schedule Ability to effectively adapt to change Minimum age 18 years old Valid Drivers license PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
