Quality Assurance Supervisor

QUALITY ASSURANCE SUPERVISOR R ESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervising and coordinating the daily duties of hourly associates Interview, hire & train new associates Plan, assign & direct work Appraise perform Strong collaboration with other production support teams Address complaints & resolve problems through strict adherence to company policies.
Supervises day-to-day environmental compliance for the QA Dept and the auditing thereof.
Ensures & maintains all local, state, federal & corporate quality standards are met.
Investigates & reports on plant-specific consumer complaints & reports them to management.
Supervises the efforts of the plant including HACCP, GMP, ISO compliance, auditing, and corrective active planning activities.
QUALITY ASSURANCE SUPERVISOR REQUIRED
Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or 3-5 years related experience &/or training:
or equivalent combination of education and experience Wear all PPE as required and comply with company safety policies Preferred if they have blow mold or injection mold experience but not necessary Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills Strong leadership, and critical thinking skills Proven ability to coach and manage the needs and concerns of multiple associates Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure Regular prompt attendance & flexible schedule Ability to effectively adapt to change Minimum age 18 years old Valid Drivers license QUALITY ASSURANCE SUPERVISOR
