Classified - Position - Central Office - Account/Bookkeeping Job Number 2300264497 Start Date Open Date 04/28/2023 Closing Date o Maintain inventory control, including annual physical inventory and/or fixed assets o Reconcile capital outlay expenditures and non-capital assets to general ledger inventory control accounts o Tracks technology and other fixed asset inventory using online, web-based database system o Ensure subsidiary inventory reports tie to general ledger controlling accounts o Record depreciation and submit reports for GASB o Works with Logistics on distributing equipment and materials, including warranty repair services o Creates and maintains computer files and records for Finance o Audit's school and district fixed assets and technology inventory as directed by supervisor o Coordinates with school-based Inventory and Technology Coordinators and Principals to determine inventory needs o Communicates with district personnel and vendors concerning purchase orders; receives supplies and verifies against purchase o orders; processes packing slips for payment submission by bookkeeper o Creates, develops and maintains district budget spreadsheets and reports for Finance o Works with Logistics to check items received against packing slips.
o Work with Logistics in the training of new shipping and receiving procedures.
Informs supervisor of any delivery issues/concerns.

00-$59,729.
