Provide a positive candidate experience and winning first impression, acting as an ambassador for Koch Foods.
You will conduct full-cycle recruiting for all open hourly positions.
Schedule interviews and manage communication with hiring managers and candidates.
Review job descriptions ensuring accurate information and consistency with company standards.
Assist with scheduling recruiting events, career fairs, etc.
Provide other relative administrative support as needed.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM Ideally you will have bachelor's degree in HR or other related field of study.
Preferably you'll be proficient in Spanish language.
You must have excellent organization, planning and time management skills.
It would be nice if you had some experience coordinating and scheduling, and even better if the experience was within a recruiting environment.
You must have a strong understanding and aptitude for technology, with hands-on experience using online programs, social media, and other relevant tools.
THE ENVIRONMENT YOU CAN EXPECT You'll be working in a typical office setting within a poultry manufacturing facility using everyday office equipment.
