High school diploma, GED, or sufficient education and experience to perform the duties of the
Some experience with commercial custodial or janitorial work
Ability to carry out tasks requiring moderate physical exertion and some heavy lifting, working outside in various conditions.
Background clearance through FBI and ABI
Ability to follow oral and written
Essential Functions:
Regular and punctual attendance
Maintain school facilities and
Sweep, mop, empty trash, clean restrooms, strip, wax and buff floors and any other task related to
Conduct maintenance, make repairs as needed to include changing light fixtures and light
Coordinate with the Maintenance Department on those items requiring work that is more
Order and maintain
Assist with moving furniture and other items within the school
Be available to respond as required to alarm
Lock and secure school buildings daily as

Assume reasonable job-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor in order to meet the needs of the school.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS TO PERFORM
Essential Functions:
Lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis, depending on the job
Walk and stand 85% of work
Stoop, bend, twist, turn, and reach on a regular
Environmental exposures to heat and cold on a regular
Adequate strength, dexterity, and agility to perform all tasks
BEGINNING SALARY: $20.00 per hour
WORK TERM: After school
CLOSING DATE: Until filled

Salary Range: From/To $20.00 PER HOUR
