KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Must be a good leader who communicates well with others -Must be able to direct the work force and supervisors -Must be a good trainer who understands every aspect of each job and can teach it -Generate reports using Word and Excel; downtime, production, training, inventory, etc -Troubleshoot robots and understand how to correct problems as they occur -Work with production control to schedule new product trials for approval -Interact with other departments: Molding, Quality, Assembly, and Production Control -Must be willing to work overtime -Make good decisions in regard to production,quality, policies, and personnel -Must have a strong understanding of the Paint System
-Must be able to find root cause in the system and what action needs to be taken to correct -Report to CEO production results daily -Must develop procedures to improve and implement them. Track results once implemented -Coordinate job responsibilities with the contractors that are working in the Paint Dept. -Assure that everyon has the materials necessary to complete their job: spare parts, PPE, documents, etc -Interpret reports, finds, and develop plan of action based on the information in the reports -Interview and evaluate new employees -Enforce and adhere to company policy -Develop the budget for the department -Work very closely with the HOD to develop projects for continuous improvement -Approve purchase requests for the department -Develop Objectives for the team members to work toward achieving -Evaluate salaried team members based on their performance -Develop new methods of performing the
jobs
that will reduce injuries and improve quality and utilization -Set manpower requirements for the departmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
