Description:
Phone screen Followed by Face to Face Interview
o Bachelor's degree required,

o Strong analytical skills; especially experience in modeling based on analysis of documentation and profiling of sample data
o Excellent verbal and written communication
o Excellent time management skills
o Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously
o Ability to work independently on a project or with a team
o Experience in data warehousing
o Significant experience with System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
o Excellent SQL skills
o Experience with Oracle and/or DB2
o General understanding of how Informatica (or equivalent ETL) works to help inform Data Modeling designs
o Experience in P&C Insurance desired
o Experience with one or more of the following database engines (Teradata, Netezza, Oracle, SQL Server)
o Experience using a leading market ETL tool and a data modeling/design tool
o Experience with Informatica (preferred)
o Extensive experience in logical and physical modeling
o Experience with dimensional data modeling and warehouse design
o Proficiency using (CA) AllFusion ERWin R8 modeling software
o Experience in data analysis and mapping
o Understanding of the creation and usage of metadata
o Experience in creating and maintaining end to end data architectures, desired by not required
o Team oriented with excellent collaboration skills
o Attention to detail, and a commitment to quality work
o Experience modeling operational (ODS) and informational database structures (Warehouses & Marts)
