Marketing Analyst
Primary
Responsibilities:
Primarily involved with helping establish new, actionable, operating metrics and reports
Executing various marketing/data analyses and reporting activities at both the business unit and corporate levels
Test, track, segment, and optimize campaigns across both print and digital marketing vehicles--proactively fill data gaps.
Identify and execute appropriate marketing analysis and testing methods to gain insights on the business.
Ensure selection of the most appropriate research methodology and techniques to meet the business need.
Ensure proper design, execution, analysis, and reporting for all marketing promotions and testing.
Develop, execute, analyze, and report conclusions on surveys and other forms of primary research.
Partners with IT, store operations, collections and others on systems development for the efficient collection, processing, warehousing, and accessing of customer information.
Develops metrics and reporting on customer data quality; provides recommendations for data quality improvement.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mathematics, or related field; MBA a plus.
Minimum 4-6 years experience in analysis of marketing and customer data, preferably in a financial services or retail organization
Competency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint--exceptional skills required in the use of Microsoft Excel. MS Query a plus.
Familiarity with SQL and/or SAS a plus.
Experience with a computer mapping software a plus (Tactician, Mapinfo)
Familiar with various web tracking software such as Google Analytics
Expert at marketing analysis principles, procedures, and technologies.
Strong knowledge of and experience with business statistics--must exhibit an innate ability to draw conclusions from the data.
Expert in customer data systems and technologies, hygiene resources, and processes.
Ability to balance multiple, diverse priorities and produce deliverables of high quality
Ability to work cross functionally and develop positive working relationships across units/districts
A quick study--able to grasp new concepts and tools readily and apply to the business quickly.
Proven excellence in planning, organization, coordination and time management skills.
Self-motivated, comfortable operating in an environment of transparency and unquestioned integrity.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
