In the position I most recently held my duties included : Set up cash register for use and prepare daily paperwork . Advise customers as to the variety , usage , and quality of products , as well as alternative choices . Enter sales into register and close out at end of business day . Assist in the transfer of incoming and outgoing merchandise and supplies against invoice for veracity . Process wholesale orders via phone , fax , and walk-in , completing them with a high degree of accuracy . Work with team members in the performance of custodial and maintenance duties , ensuring a clean and safe environment . Complete agency forms as required to document routine business of store . Equipment skills include cash register , fax machine , calculator , desktop and laptop PC , handheld scanner . I am in good health ; able to lift , push , pull , and carry weights up to seventy pounds
