Administrative Assistant in the International Division.  Assist Technical Coordinator with submittals to Architects and the Government using ProjNet Security Software.  Print weekly jobsite reports via Microsoft Access and also keep up with Architect/Government submittals.  Keep records of all invoices involved with the jobsite and also maintain a drawings record for the architect/jobsite and record all changes. Maintain daily contact with overseas jobsites to ensure they have all the required paperwork and supplies necessary needed to perform their duties. Currently hold a Secret Security Clearance through this position.
