•  October 2010 - Current Customer Service Representative , Ers Solutions As a customer services representative, call center I refer to clients account to collect payments, set payment arrangements and assist with technical issues. I also help set payment arrangements and collect payments on customers account. I provided them on how to keep their account in good ratings. Also worked on customers feedback and resolved customers complaints in a timely, friendly and professional manner.
• August 2009 -February 2010 Customer Services Representative , NCO Groups As a customer services representative, call center, I call clients in reverence to their account and provided them information on how to keep their accounts in good ratings, schedule payments; updated their personal information for our data base with excel spreadsheet. Worked on customers feedback and resolved customers complaints in a timely, friendly and professional manner.
• June 2006 - August 2009 Lead Cashier/ Sales , American Eagle Outfitters As a lead cashier and sales person my duties consisted of dressing the window displays, ensuring proper dress code for newly hire employees, maintaining work schedule, maintain time and attendance sheet, data entry skills were used to input information on return claims, train employees on the technique to proper folding, I provided customer service to disgruntle customers. I incorporated and maintained an excel spreadsheet in the data base for all returned merchandises. I use excel software to monitor inventory, check quality of deliveries and total receipts and balance against sales, deposit receipts, and lock store at the end of the day. Creating and executing plans for department sales, profit and staff development. I retrieved daily messages from the home office that reference to any particular clothing that will be on sales at all of the stores. I organize marketing activities, such as promotional events and discounts schemes using formulated power point for the store display upcoming events (seasonal styles).
