Responsible for coordinating transportation and logistics as required to support the shipping activities of licensed product as well as other materials, products, equipment, etc.

Direct and train warehouse colleagues on all warehouse operations

 Ensure colleagues are current on GMP and that all GMP is followed correctly

 Monitor cycle count activity on a weekly basis to ensure all locations are accurate

 Assist with quality control management to make sure all standard operating procedures are followed, written deviations to be done on any variance and corrected

 Assist warehouse supervisors with receiving, shipping and storing pharmaceuticals

 Assist with off-site IT department to update computer applications and making sure all RF equipment was running and configured correctly

 Keep track of all DEA records and inbound/outbound inventory following all DEA guidelines and procedures

 

 Maintain the quarantine product. Keeping track of when things are expiring and when product is slept and the shelf life has been extended.
